HSN90253 is an AS568-253 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.359 in (136.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.637 in (143.18 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in esters or ketones.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
