568-255 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70255 is an AS568-255 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.609 in (142.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.887 in (149.53 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
