Part number U70255 is an AS568-255 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.609 in (142.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.887 in (149.53 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Expect good resistance to impact and shock loading, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones are present.
