Ordered as U70258, this is an AS568-258 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.984 in (151.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.262 in (159.05 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and ozone. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or hot water and steam.
