568-261 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70261 is an AS568-261 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.734 in (171.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.012 in (178.1 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
