U90263 is an AS568-263 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.234 in (183.74 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.512 in (190.8 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists abrasion and wear, ozone, and petroleum oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones call for a different compound.

Typical settings include hydraulic cylinders, off-highway equipment, and construction machinery.
