568-264 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90264 is an AS568-264 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.484 in (190.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.762 in (197.15 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones call for a different compound.
