APG stocks the H50266, an AS568-266 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.984 in (202.79 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.262 in (209.85 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists water, petroleum-based oils, and many alcohols. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or strong acids are present.

It sees regular use in fluid power, agricultural equipment, and automotive.
