This o-ring is supplied in AS568-268 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 8.484 in (215.49 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.762 in (222.55 mm), catalogued under part number H50268. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. It resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or ketones are present.
