The HSN90271 is an AS568-271 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.234 in (234.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.512 in (241.6 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
