568-273 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Ordered as U90273, this is an AS568-273 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.734 in (247.24 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.012 in (254.3 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. This material stands up to ozone, impact and shock loading, and petroleum oils. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or ketones.

Typical settings include off-highway equipment, mining and heavy equipment, and construction machinery.
