As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service, very high tensile strength and load capacity. The compound resists ozone, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or ketones are present.
