The HSN90275 is an AS568-275 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 10.484 in (266.29 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.762 in (273.35 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.
