An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
