The H50280 is an AS568-280 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 13.984 in (355.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.262 in (362.25 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and petroleum-based oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service.
