568-281 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90281 is an AS568-281 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 14.984 in (380.59 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.262 in (387.65 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists abrasion and wear, petroleum oils, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases call for a different compound.
