APG stocks the HSN90310, an AS568-310 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.475 in (12.07 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.895 in (22.73 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or ketones will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
