568-311 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90311 is an AS568-311 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.537 in (13.64 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.957 in (24.31 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils, ozone, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers exceptional abrasion resistance and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to ketones or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across construction machinery, high-pressure fluid power, and press and forming equipment.

U90311 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 9/16 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
