-312 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

Ordered as A80312, this is an AS568-312 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.6 in (15.24 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.02 in (25.91 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists high-temperature steam, hot water, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Aflas (TFE/P) delivers excellent electrical insulating properties and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in low-temperature dynamic service or some chlorinated solvents.
