568-312 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

Ordered as HSN90312, this is an AS568-312 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.6 in (15.24 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.02 in (25.91 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. It resists ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
