-315 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

APG stocks the A80315, an AS568-315 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.787 in (19.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.207 in (30.66 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists strong bases, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) offers exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service.
