568-315 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-315 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 0.787 in (19.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.207 in (30.66 mm), catalogued under part number U90315. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, impact and shock loading, and petroleum oils. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.

It sees regular use in construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and off-highway equipment.
