Ordered as VB90316, this is an AS568-316 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.85 in (21.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.27 in (32.26 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
