568-317 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

APG stocks the HS70317, an AS568-317 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.912 in (23.16 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.332 in (33.83 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where esters or strong oxidizing acids are present.
