The HSN90317 is an AS568-317 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.912 in (23.16 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.332 in (33.83 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
