APG stocks the U90317, an AS568-317 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.912 in (23.16 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.332 in (33.83 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The compound resists petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and abrasion and wear. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones call for a different compound.

Typical settings include hydraulic cylinders, press and forming equipment, and high-pressure fluid power.
