568-318 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90318 is an AS568-318 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.975 in (24.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.395 in (35.43 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving esters or ketones call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
