-321 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80321 is an AS568-321 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.162 in (29.51 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.582 in (40.18 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and high-temperature steam. Aflas (TFE/P) delivers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons call for a different compound.
