Part number E80PC322 is an AS568-322 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. This material stands up to water and steam, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and dilute acids and alkalis. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
