SV70322 is an AS568-322 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
