Ordered as HSN90322, this is an AS568-322 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
