The U90322 is an AS568-322 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. This material stands up to abrasion and wear, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or acids and bases.

Typical settings include high-pressure fluid power, mining and heavy equipment, and off-highway equipment.
