568-324 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the U70324, an AS568-324 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.77 in (44.96 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. This material stands up to ozone, impact and shock loading, and abrasion and wear. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
