Ordered as SV70326, this is an AS568-326 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.6 in (40.64 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.02 in (51.31 mm). The quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or amines.
