The SV70329 is an AS568-329 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.975 in (50.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.395 in (60.83 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

Typical settings include aerospace, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
