568-329 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70329 is an AS568-329 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.975 in (50.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.395 in (60.83 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive air conditioning, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
