568-331 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

APG stocks the HS70331, an AS568-331 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.645 in (67.18 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The compound resists modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
