568-341 FKM 75 SQUARE CUT RINGS

Ordered as SV70341, this is an AS568-341 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.475 in (88.27 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.895 in (98.93 mm). The quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to many acids, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.
