568-343 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70343 is an AS568-343 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.145 in (105.28 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and automotive air conditioning.
