The HSN90349 is an AS568-349 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.895 in (124.33 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or esters are present.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
