APG stocks the SV70350, an AS568-350 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.6 in (116.84 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.02 in (127.51 mm). A quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include chemical processing, aerospace, and automotive fuel systems.
