568-356 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

Ordered as HS70356, this is an AS568-356 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.35 in (135.89 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.77 in (146.56 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.
