Ordered as HSN70358, this is an AS568-358 black HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.6 in (142.24 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.02 in (152.91 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength.
