568-359 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70359 is an AS568-359 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.725 in (145.42 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.145 in (156.08 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons call for a different compound.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, commercial refrigeration, and automotive air conditioning.
