568-360 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90360 is an AS568-360 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.27 in (159.26 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
