-361 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-361 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 5.975 in (151.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.395 in (162.43 mm), catalogued under part number H50361. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or ketones will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, agricultural equipment, and automotive.
