HSN90362 is an AS568-362 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.225 in (158.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.645 in (168.78 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The compound resists modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, heavy-duty powertrain, and commercial refrigeration.
