HSN90366 is an AS568-366 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.225 in (183.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.645 in (194.18 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.
The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
Stocked as HSN90366 and sold individually. As always, verify media compatibility and operating conditions against the requirements of your specific application. Not finding the exact configuration you need? APG cross-references from prints, samples and competitor part numbers.
