568-367 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70367 is an AS568-367 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.895 in (200.53 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

It sees regular use in engine timing systems, heavy-duty powertrain, and automotive air conditioning.
