HSN90367 is an AS568-367 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.895 in (200.53 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or ketones.

It sees regular use in automotive air conditioning, engine timing systems, and heavy-duty powertrain.
